CONWY CÂN SING!
Posted: 27 Jun, 2016
Well, what a day! Over 1,000 pupils & teachers from 20 schools sang in celebration. Pictured is Mason who so loves the song ‘Sing Out Loud!’ that he was invited up and stood in the middle of Venue Cymru’s large stage and sang it all the way through to an audience of 999. Quite rightly he received a standing ovation and the admiration of us all!
A partnership between CânSing, Welsh National Opera, North Wales Choral Festival and CONWY EXPRESSIVE ARTS SERVICE.

Magic Doors Dance Workshops in Schools
Posted: 10 Jun, 2016
Foundation Phase pupils from Nant Y Groes and T Gwynn Jones took part in exciting dance theatre workshops with Kim and Alex from Bombastic Dance Theatre and New Media Company. Going on adventures to strange new worlds through a series of Magic Doors inspired children to learn creatively, respond imaginatively and develop performing skills and confidence.
The show in Theatr Colwyn was well attended and we look forward to inviting the company back to Conwy in the future.
